On the face of things it seems I have a brief reprieve from exam stress since my next one isn't until a week from tomorrow.  However, the caveat is that I have additional hours devoted to review for said exam on Sunday and Wednesday.  Oh, and it's actually two exams, anatomy lecture exam and anatomy lab practical exam.

On the programming front, I'm leaning toward switching up my training days and order of training days, despite wanting to wait until after Maryland's Strongest to do this.  With the exception of next week, it will be easier for me to train MWF than MTR and I will switch the order from assistance, lower, upper to upper, lower, assistance.  Who knows, this may actually improve my progress.  I can see arguments for and against.

Finally in weather news, with hurricane Joaquin bearing down on the east coast, training is slightly up in the air at the moment, but barring emergency curfews or similar action (which has happened before) we should still be good to go for Strongman Saturday.
