Looks like I'll be implementing the changes to what days I train and the order of those days sooner than anticipated.  Thanks to the hurricane scare that ended up in school being cancelled/closed for a nor-easter instead (and not even a bad one) my schedule for this week is all jacked up with additional review times and practice exams in preparation for the first anatomy lecture exam and lab practical on Friday.  Based on the changes, there is no way I am going to train on Tuesday and I strongly prefer not to train my main overhead day back to back with event day, so my days this week are changing from:

Mon - Upper Assistance

Tues - Squat

Thurs - Overhead

to:

Mon - Overhead

Wed - Squat

Fri - Upper Assistance

I'm also going to keep my volume constant during this mesocycle for the elements that I normally increase volume on in each successive microcycle to promote better recovery since I'm closing in on my next competition and since my test schedule is going to get a bit rough for the rest of the month.

Lastly, I'd like to throw out a quick HTTR for the Eagles letting the Skins win on Sunday.  As a long time Redskins fan, I'm not sure how to handle 2 wins this early in the season, especially with one of them being a divisional win.
