I wasn't sure about tugging today after the debacle that was my training on Saturday, but this time my school schedule is actually forcing me back to my preferred training days so effit.  It wound up ok, but doing regular deadlifts after rack pulls makes me feel like I'm doing deficit pulls instead.

Overall pretty happy with how today went.  I didn't hit failure on anything and aside from some ab cramping at the end because I haven't directly worked them in a while, everything felt good/better.
