Cambered bar squat
-OLY shoes, narrow stance
Add 3 chains per side (80lbs at the top)
Add belt
405x5x3 sets

I'm going with OLY shoes and a narrow stance to save my hips and work on building up my quads. The cambered bar is to save my shoulders. And chains because that's what I have my training partner doing for his meet prep so it's easier to hop in and do that than change the whole set up aka I'm a team player.

I was sweating uncontrollably and shivering. I felt like I had to puke but couldn't. Shut down training here and drove home. Puked and went to bed. Must have been something I ate. I was fine the next day.
