WEDNESDAY - CONDITIONING
Treadmill 40 minutes
Kettlebell swing tabata 4 minutes
I guess it's not always fun playing with your bells. I like the swings for my back like I said the other day. Performing them tabata style increases the conditioning aspect. This definitely left me huffing and puffing. Plus I don't need to leave my basement to do them. I'm pretty much a hermit. If you know me, you should know to never call me after 9:00 which is probably more like 8:00 pm. Even then it's unlikely I'll answer. If you want me to go out I need at least one week advance notice and chances of me being out past 10:00 are near zero.
I'm ready for the senior living community, but they'd better add some plates to the old folks gym before I get there.
