I had to put a belt on earlier this week. Everything was feeling 'off' and heavy. I put the belt on and felt more like superman and less like a piece of sh*t. I could have done without the knee wraps BUT I committed to wearing them earlier in the training cycle to prevent any possible injuries later on with heavier weights. (I think part of the issue when I pulled my hamstring was not being used to the wraps. I would only use them for 650+ and the combination of the two may or may not have lead to the injury).)
