Split forward and backward
Backwards gives my quads a ridiculous cramp-inducing pump. So I need to keep doing them because it's an obvious weakness. In my football/college days I was extremely quad dominant. Now I'm slightly weaker in the quads than my posterior chain. I. SEEK. BALANCE.
