Today starts some real training on my tugging. I have been really putting off on pulling not because I loath it so but because mentally that bicep tear has been in my head. I needed to get past it to really be able to focus again on my deadlifting. For now the thought of post surgery bicep repair seems to be buried in my mind where its not a bother anymore. Now that I have "maned" up I guess its time to focus on a full power meet. I want to do multiply and raw this year. It all depends on how my body hold up. I have some goals I still want to achieve in both. I am really locked into my training right now and all seems to be going well. I am going all in right now so lets see how far I can go....
