I think I threw up a little today....
I wanted to step my "off" days up some with more sets and reps this go round. I feel like I needed to work on some things plus I required more volume this training cycle.
Only time will tell if these changes for myself will transfer into gainz. Working harder and smarter will hopefully pay off for the oldman....
