Coming off of a 2nd Place Finish at USS Nationals in June, I'm now in an off-season hypertrophy phase for the next 12 weeks. I'm working with Mike Mastell on my programming and it's based off of John Meadows Mountain Dog Training with a slight strength emphasis.

Notes:

-This session was tough, but fun.

-Kept the rest periods pretty short across the board. 1 minute on everything except incline axle. I went 90s on those.

-Got a huge pump and I feel like I've put a little size on my chest and biceps over the past 11 weeks. Nothing crazy, but it all adds up over time.
