If you've followed my training for any substantial amount of time, I think you know I don't miss in training, or rarely. That always came intuitively to me, but the sentiment was echoed by mentors like Steve Goggins and Donnie Thompson. Even Benni Magnuson said something to the effect of "I never walk away from the gym knowing what I can't do."

Misses happen. I'm more pissed about why I missed. I wasn't aggressive enough. I wasn't fast enough. I'm worried about pec injuries and a bunch of other bullshit. So, long story short, plan attempts better and take care of rehab and warm ups.
