-These feel like garbage. I have no stamina. It's just going to take a lot of work to get back to pressing 120-150lbs with "ease."

I do a lot of training by feel, especially after a set back. I have certain expectations but sometimes you just have to go through a training session or two to feel out where you're at. Last bench session my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Today, 375 felt like garbage, but I was able to get enough working sets in at that weight to feel like I made some progress. So next week I'll either go light or hit 395-405 for triples agains the same bands.
