I plan on working up to a heavy single as often as possible as part of my Dynamic effort day. And my other squat day, I guess my "raw" squat day, I will be working on some CAT style squats. Speed sets of 5x5 with minimal rest.

Each week brings a new challenge with hook grip. Today felt better in terms of set up and figuring out my wrist angle. But I couldn't get my grip set, so each rep the bar was moving and I couldn't get past two.
