SO, last week's title of "death" still applies to this day. I am having some bicep pain so doing the barbell complex called for some adjustment, I changed curls to calf raises to alleviate the problem of the bicep pain. My heart still hurt cause my body struggled to get oxygen cause barbell complexes are ridiculous and never should have been invented.
The strength phase is still manageable outside of those freaking leg extensions. I don't know if mine is just weak or I'm just a big baby but that leg pump is MASSIVE and it drives me NUTS!!! Not to mention this sets me up for failure while doing these hurricanes.
