Well it’s day two and this crap hasn’t gotten any easier, if anything it definitely is worse. The “strength portion” of this GPP phase on this particular day is much more enjoyable as the pump is more comfortable and not that hurt pump you get with non stop tension and blood being trapped kind of way (like Monday).

This however is quickly masked by the end circuit meant to metabolically stress the crap out of you. program calls for 3 rounds, I stopped at 1 cause I was going hypo. The goal moving forward is to do all three rounds... will Keep you posted

 

-Dumbbell Complex: 8 reps each 3 round raise the weight every time you can complete everything in under 60 seconds

 

*2 arm DB Kickbacks

*Bent Over DB Row

*Side Lateral Raises

*Front Raises

*Bicep Curls

*Standing Tricep Extensions

Wk1: 20 Wk2: 25

 

-Strength

*incline DB Press 4x8: 70, Wk2: 80,85(3)

*Cable Face Pulls 3x15: 8 Wk2: 9

*Bent Over Rear Delt Flies 3x20: 18 Wk2:20

 

-Circuit: 5 exercises, 1 minute each exercise, 20 second break between exercises, 2 minutes between each round, 3 rounds total

 

*Rope Battle

*KB Swings:

*Med Ball Slams:

*DB Farmer Carries:

*step up jumps
