On my "light" weeks I will be using a green mini band on all sets and either briefs/suit no strap or briefs only with a green mini band.

I wanted to use my suit with no straps this week just to get a feel for what it felt like with some extra volume. I believe after this week I will go with just briefs moving forward. For one I dont need that much gear for these weeks, two - just briefs will make me work harder and get stronger and 3 - my life wont be as miserable week after week with full gear on....
