Everything felt light today. It was awesome. My back is feeling infinitely better. However, I am not getting too excited, I know I have said that before. I am going to stay true to my word and not squat or dl with weight or put my legs down on flat bench for the month of this cycle (well, maybe the last light week). Compromise is good, isn't it?

Weight is good, back is good, life is good right now. Feeling happy and blessed right now.
