Today was supposed to have been another big day for me. I felt like everything had felt OK all through the week leading up to today, but when I started to bench both of my elbows felt like screwdrivers were being driven into my arms with each press. I wasn't sure what was going on because I was certain I had not done anything to irritate them. But these damn things were killing me!

I put a couple of different types of horse lineament on my arms to try and diffuse the situation some but it did't help any, so I had to shut it down earlier than I had planned on with 760 pounds. I just couldn't take the pain and I didn't want to try and push through and get myself hurt because all of my focus was on my elbow instead of the weight and my technique.

Father time is doing it's best to piss me off right now. I might need to just take a few heavy bench sessions off and give these elbows a rest. I will do all I can do to rehab them at home plus the extra rest and hopefully that will calm these old irritated elbows down some.
