Over the last 2.5 years I have not missed a bench press off my chest or even midway up, its always where my triceps need to kick on, so weeks 2-3 were all floor press, weeks 5-6 are all 1 board with all the chains, then drop sets with all the chains until all the chains are gone, you get that? Long story short, Until I transition the accumulation of strength into peaking it I will be using bench variations that are predominantly reliant on my triceps to do more work. Close Grip, Neutral Grip, Floor Press, 1,2,3 board, Spotto's and anything else I find my EliteFTS team members talk about that hit there biceps. During these 2 weeks, I really tried not to cheat these lockout's, the drop sets really tested the ability to get to that point, brutal but fun and by the end of the drop set I transitioned my mind to speed bench but all focusing on the triceps.

*work up to a heavy set of 5 with chains
do it 3 times
after the 3rd, drop some straight weight, take it for 3
drop weight and 1 set of chain, 3 more reps
drop a chain, 3 more reps
drop a chain, 3 more reps
3 reps left of whatever straight weight is left
