My elbows are no better. Actually they are worse....
I grinded through today in agony but got my work sets in. We start our deload next week and these doggies are needing a break!
I always start with a 3board at 600 to start getting my shirt set in the way I want it.
- Next I will take 700 to a 2board. At this point my shirt should be set in good.
- My next set will go 2board as well so I can get acclimated to the heavier weight and groove.
- My last couple of set or sets will go to a 1board. I may use a belt depending on the weight and how much I want to tighten the shirt up.
- If everything is hitting the way I want and I am feeling good I will go to a half board and finish there.
- and of course I drop down a band every other week while working to hit my projection.
