Stupid is as stupid does I guess....

On the cusp of knee surgery and here I am battling with my training group on deadlifts! I could not help it. Competition was in the air today and I had to join in. Bad knee and all....

Later in the video you see me using The Shoulder. I must say, I love it. I have been swinging sledge hammers for a year or so and it as helped my shoulders but not like this device. It has taken me some getting used to that's for sure but I am getting better with it. I started with a 2.5 pound plate for a few weeks now I have moved up to a 5 pound plate. Don't laugh. This shit is harder than it looks. I have really been watching Chris's videos on how to use it properly and putting in time with it to get my technique and form better. My shoulders love it! I was skeptical like anyone but I can attest for this, its the real deal....
