Some agree and disagree with rehab, deloading, foam rolling and on and on. Well I'm going against the grain and doing what I think works for me and my body. Last time I checked I don't need approval on what kind of car I drive, what kind of clothes I wear or if I choose to deload and use a foam roller or not....
