Squat- Texas squat bar- 5 sec ecc
-My IT bands, right below the hip, feel like they're ready to explode. They hurt in the last 1/4 of the squat to the point where I can't even drive out of the hole. Needless to say the focus right now is on fixing that- stretching my hips, some deep tissue for my glute med. and body tempering my IT bands.

In all honesty I'm frustrated with my squat. My technique is bad- I've taken a few steps backward in that regard- partially because of this pain, partially due to getting sick, and partially due to something I can't quite put my finger on (stubbornness, inability, who knows). I'm an 800lb raw squatter. That WAS great. Now it's the norm. To be as good as I want to be, 850 needs to be my norm, on my way to 900.
