Last week of off season training. Today was about pushing myself with some volume. Calm down I know these squats are high. Im glad you noticed....

I was having some technical issues and my knee was not very happy today. I did my best to fix these issues. As I continue to push myself and my knee and can tell im still limited and still weak. I am really trying to get this handled. Overall I think today went well. I hit the weight and reps I was suppose to.

Next week we start a new training cycle. Im ready. These past 7 weeks have went really well. We will see in 11 more weeks....
