I'm taking the next 12+ weeks off from strongman events and training primarily for hypertrophy with a slight strength emphasis. I'm in my "off-season" and looking to put on some size over the upcoming months and into next year. I'm working with teammate Mike Mastell on my programming.

 

This was a pretty rough session. I've been training legs on Monday and this Monday was no different. It did suck going in on a holiday though, because training was the last thing I wanted to do that day. I also was up at 5:00am with the little one because he decided he wanted to wake up super early for some reason. Anyways - between being tired and feeling lazy because it was Labor day I still went in and put in the work.
