Coming off of a 2nd Place Finish at USS Nationals in June, I'm now in an off-season hypertrophy phase for the next 12 weeks. My programming is based off of John Meadows Mountain Dog Training with a slight strength emphasis.

Notes:

-I was surprised with how good the strict log press felt.

-I got a crazy shoulder pump and tricep pump.

- I can tell both areas are more developed than 8 weeks ago.

-Rest was 90s-2m on strict log

-Rest was 1 minute on everything else
