Triples up to 555, moving slow, not a great day, IT bands still killing me

Tried Pause squats after this and my IT bands were too tight. It gets so bad that I can't even get to the hole so instead of fighting through shitty technique I moved on and decided to deadlift.

Leg ext slow ecc super set w/ leg curl paused  2x15 each

Hanging leg raises 3x15
