And we dropped to our final band this training cycle for bench-press. We used the EliteFTS Pro Monster Mini Resistance Band on all of our sets.
My projection for this training cycle was to hit 750 pounds with a rev mm band to a 1board. Mission accomplished!
I have been using a few different shirts this training cycle trying to find the right fit. I may have found it. We will see as I pick my multiply training back up in a couple of months.
I did not take a lot of sets today since I am getting over being sick. I focused on my projection and got done.
