Today's training took a little longer than usual, but I was happy to get all my prescribed volume in. I've been working on keeping my hips tighter to the bench and even switched my shoes back to a thinner sole which seems to have helped a lot. In the video below reps 1-6 are tight, but reps 7-8 it looks like my hips are just barely on the bench. I'm working on it!

Dropped the weight quite a bit on these to get a better range and they felt worse the lighter I went... Interesting. I'll take some more time next week to see if I can get my shoulders moving/feeling better.
