My brother is in town visiting from Montana and wanted to train at The Elitefts S5 Compound, so we made the haul down for Thursday night speed bench.
We trained with Lily and JD and did 8x5 vs bands. I probably didn't have enough band tension on, but it was still a good workout. Pretty sure no one kept track of how many sets we did and it seemed like we did at least 10. I used red bands doubled over and 225 bar weight.
