box squats - box set at parallel

worked up to 500 for 5 sets of 2 reps - raw

 

reverse hypers

4 plates per side for 5 sets of 8 reps - reps done slow and controlled - pendulum was not allowed to swing

 

I felt awful the whole session.  Earlier this week I ate something that didn't agree with me and I believe I was dehydrated from that.

 

Sunday

bench - wore Metal Ace bench shirt

worked up to 545 for 2 singles

 

dumbbell rows

worked up to 130's for 4 sets of 5 reps

 

standing military press with angle bar

185 for 3 sets of 5 reps

 

Bench work felt okay but not great. Lockout was a struggle and the whole press was slow but the bar path was good. I'm going to adjust my foot position to try to find a better place to get leg drive.
