It has officially been over a year since I have stepped away from strength training and allowed my body a break. All of 2017 I was pushing and not fully leaving a strength focused style of training. This tends to cause the body to create some compensations and adaptations to movements performed repeatedly. Also, my muscular endurance, and cardiovascular abilities are the suck because of never training GENERALLY.

Over the next several weeks I will be moving and getting training in when I can, this training will incorporate a lot of Super, Mega, and Endless sets along with barbell complex's and HIIT. Follow along as I attempt to drown myself in my own sweat and misery.
