Training

Ill just leave this nice and short, today was just not my day.

 

Perspective

The mindset was that of being scared of the weight and self-doubt. I took 275 and said, out loud, "why does 225 feel so damn heavy, feels like 275". Training partner, "that's cause that was 275". Me, "that feels super heavy..." and then everyone cried for me. Whatever, thats how the rest of the session went, every weight I took felt like my next jump up.

 

Coaching

Today was a strength issue due to mindset and preparation for training. I did my self a disservice by setting the standard for a tough training day.  As you will see me talk about in later blogs, the top of my pyramid (mental) is where I struggle the most.
