Why not just sit and listen to your body. Not to what someone else has done. Focus what makes you feel good and what hurts you. This goes for physical and mental well being.
It's been a long time since I have felt this free and this happy. So happy that's it frees you of the bad patterns that were instilled for coping mechanisms to avoid pain or discomfort. Even though the patterns you have created are very uncomfortable to repeat. You repeat them to avoid what happens if you stray from certain patterns. Figuring out what makes you tick in the most positively beneficial way is the key to growth and joy. Life can be so much better if you let it.
Finding yourself sets your sights so high that nothing looks dull everything is possible.
