Today I had my wide grip day which should have been around 325 pounds, but we lowered it to ensure I'm recovering and still getting all 25 reps.

I'd be a big fat liar if I said everything is feeling good so I won't try to save face. I feel like refried dog shit

I hit 275 for two sets of 25 and finished with

Accessory Work

Rolling tricep extensions for two progressive sets of 12 reps with 70 lb dumbells

Cable tricep extensions two sets of 25 each arm  overhand and two sets of 25 underhand

Band pull a parts three sets of 30 reps with only 60 seconds rest to finish up the day
