2018 APF/AAPF IL Raw Power Challenge 12-15-18

First day back after straining my back / Sacrum joint. These felt "good" from a pressing standpoint but terrible when I set up and tried to tuck my feet, felt this directly on the tender area of back the entire day. May have ended up helping me take my mind off how heavy these felt, lol. Looking forward to next week cause bench is still feeling awesome!

*Assisted Pull-ups (Wide, Narrow, Neutral) 8 reps each position = 1: 3 sets grey
