2018 APF/AAPF IL Raw Power Challenge 12-15-18
Have not run into grip issues in a while, especially during a training block. This is a good thing to be showing itself right now, means I can attack the problem and hopefully fix it by meet time! Speed squats felt great and deadlifts overall besides grip was average.
