2018 APF/AAPF IL Raw Power Challenge 12-15-18

Last time I had Speed Squat and deads I walked away with a slight back injury. Today I opted out of doing Snatch Grip deadlifts cause I was able to identify my back being greatly fatigued after deads and did not want the same issue to occur. My entire focus today, after getting over how heavy the band tension was on deadlifts, was my grip issue. I think I figured out what the main issue was and all of my speed pulls felt good, my grip did not feel like it was gonna give out there was no slipping or shifting of the bar while in my hand or while bands tension was increasing.
