2018 APF/AAPF IL Raw Power Challenge 12-15-18

Nothing fancy today, this week is all 3RM testing to set the stage for the rest of our peak. Squats felt good today but I ended up needing to hype myself up a little too much for that 600 for three. I would like to get to the point where I don't need that much hype to execute cause getting that aroused for 9 reps in a meet is taxing when it could be used to strain
