2018 APF/AAPF IL Raw Power Challenge 12-15-18
First day under the weight of an actually planned attempt for lower body. Was not very pleased with how squats moved, I am not hinging enough form the get-go (just like on Monday and it is more noticeable here). Also, need to settle bar more, as you can hear Julia yelling in the background with that cue that I did not listen to, ugh. Getting these bad reps out of the way early in this peak, I hope.
Squat worked up to 615
Deadlift worked up to 650
