2018 APF/AAPF IL Raw Power Challenge 12-15-18
Training up to this point has gone fairly well, the body is starting to feel the effects of the peak though so next week will be interesting. The relaxing weekend after the wedding was VERY helpful and I full accredited that to how this week has panned out thus far. I had to get myself amped up pretty good for that second squat, which is fine, cause even if I only get that at the meet there is progress from how the 650 range felt the last meet cycle. Benching was doing great until I ran into my butt lifting problem again on my last attempt, hopefully, will be able to figure out lower body positioning and lock it down in 3 weeks.

Squat: 515 sleeves, 585 wraps, 615 wraps, 655 wraps GREAT
Bench: 355, 375 Butt lift
