These dang near killed me, by the end of my banded sets I was getting folded over pretty good, still finished my sets though. The accessory work I have on these days are not kind to my body either. I will say, oddly, that my medium days are "harder" than my "Max Effort" days based on the amount of work I have to do and how my body feels after.

The training session was made that much better as I got a free lesson from the coaching staff at The Spot Athletics. These are highly trained coaches and picking up some coaching cues for younger athletes was gold!
