*DB Row – 3x10, then a 4th set, do 20 with the same weight you just did 10 with. Do whatever you have to do to get 20… rest, stop, cheat it up a little. Don’t worry so much about activation this last set: 90
*Pull-ups – 4x8 (gonna work on lats): BW
*Rail slide rows – 4x10, drop set last set: 45-35-25
*Block/rack deadlift – work up to a moderate weight. Then do 10x2 with 20-30 seconds rest between sets: 405
*SSB round back seated GM – 3x12: 135
