2018 APF/AAPF IL Raw Power Challenge 12-15-18

 

The EliteFTS SSB Bar always tests the accessory work I have implemented on my back. The one constant of this bar on max effort day is this, I will get folded on my max effort set, every time. Now, the degree of folding will vary for everyone, some might say that it does not look as though I got that folded, well it FEELS like I had my head in my crotch. Worked up to 495 with 6 chains which is a good sign for how this programming is coming together. As we bring the conjuphasic portion to a close, transition into a more classic conjugate style, it will start a "transmutation Phase" getting us ready for the competition lifts rolling into our peak or "realization phase".
