ME: Max Effort, the goal is to STRAIN. I have neglected this aspect of training for the past year in ACCUMULATING strength which could be argued the most important time to be straining. I am very excited about this training cycle. When I see the results I will be VERY eager to test it with clients. I am going to strain in positions I suck at, then I am going to implement Negatives, Pauses, And Concentrics in those same positions as my supplemental movements. The first week has been awesome. Only having to worry about 1 set going all out and not having to mentally wrap my mind around doing it again helps Risk, Reward and keeps me positive whereas before I would not complete all requested sets or reps because of something mental or fatiguing.

I cannot speak enough about this past LLTX. I've heard the information before but hearing it again has been so helpful, I need Dave, Vincent, Brandon, and Swede on a damn tape recorder. When they speak I always pick up something amazing that I can take and run with.

Today I also implemented a "two - A - Day". I had to get the kids from school so, we trained as much as we could, I then went back to finish the rest of the accessories while coaching the IPA Powerlifting team. The pump was great since I got 2 more meals in and relaxed between sessions.
