I totally botched this training session. I got to team up with my sweetheart, Julia Ladewski, and watch her deadlift training, which I also had to do. After "not feeling it" and a super early flight I looked at my workout post deadlifts and saw I was SUPPOSE to do speed squats first, oops, then the rest of the accessories fell to the wayside. In the end, i did 3 working sets of sumo ... what a day. It was totally worth it cause it allowed me to spend more time with Julia and not waste time in the gym, we will call it a "deload" lol I shoveled the driveway for cardio and trunk work (rotational movement).
