I am implementing speed bench in my training, this will be the first time doing true "DE Bench" in over 2 years. Previously I ran into major tricep pain and I always blamed DE bench day for it. After a long fight I do not think this was the culprit so going to start implementing it every week. I am glad I did, cause this training session felt pretty damn good, I was able to feel when I was loose and when I was tight, moving weight fast is also fun as well. Got to train with my babe Julia again AND enjoy the crazy snowfall with her (shoveled 2 more times today). Great session and great accessories work, best part was helping 2 lifters at Illiana Power Asylum have a light bulb moment with bench. Love when, "Live, Learn, Pass On" actually happens.

Speed Bench 12x3: 185 + 2 chains total:
Single Arm DB Bench Press 3x20: 40-50-50
DB OH Press 4x20: 35-35-45-45
Straight Bar Front Raises 3x12: 30
DB Lateral Raises 3x12: 25
mase Tricep Extensions 2x10: 80-70 (each position)
