Follow up from yesterdays medium training. I had one set left of bench using double red bands in the EliteFTS Collegiate Rack that have pegs at the bottom of the rack to how bands on. I doubled the reds on these and was moving the weight pretty good and NBS Staff member Bobby comes over and put out my fire. I was verbalizing how I was stoked the double banded Duffalo bar was moving so well, then bobby chimes in, "the rack is about 2" higher from where we placed it on the floor with the competition bench"... I paused and cussed. I then doubled the band tension more than 2' just to prove to myself and him, "its fine", and failed my last rep of my last set, lol. Going to for sure steal a competition bench this week to finish this once and for all that I programmed the correct band tension on medium day.
