So my bone head moment for the day was how I gracefully calculated my 75% on bench for this medium day. I won't go into detail how I went about doing it cause it was completely wrong, lets just say it was 40 lbs to light and a waste of four sets. This is a minor setback and I am glad it happened on week one, I will chalk it up to be a day where I worked on form. Casey pointed out that my, "bar travel during un-rack is to long and needs to be shortened, but other than that everything looked good". Best news of the day for me and my meat head moment
