WEEELLLLLL I usually have a video for you guys ALWAYS. Unfortunately, I don't know technology well and space on my phone was apparently completely checked out. I had some setting wrong and got "i cloud" activated and all of my old videos came back from like last year. going through deleting them (for more space i guess) I deleted all of week 10's training videos ... GREEAAATTTTTT so here for your reading pleasure is how they went.
